What is Zest for Life?

Zest for Life is an employee wellness program for all Western Michigan University employees, retirees, and their spouses. The program is designed to enhance participants' quality of life through various health programs and fitness opportunities. We invite you to join us as partners in health through your participation in our programs and your encouragement of others to join our team.
