Classes & Activities

General Information

Group exercise classes are available to all Zest for Life participants. Classes are available on a drop-in basis. Participants may attend more than one class format and may choose any combination of days and times to participate. Prior to participating, all participants must have a health questionnaire and participation agreement on file. Click for more information...

Class Descriptions

Deep Water Workout
Think you can't sweat in 80 degree water? Bring it on!!! This challenging yet fun aqua workout will take you to a new fitness level. Engage yourself in the ultimate water workout!

Lap Swim
Due to swim meets and ice hockey games, some lap swimming sessions will be cancelled.

Pilates
A full-body workout that conditions from the inside out to produce a toned, lean physique with proper alignment and balance. Strengthen and stretch muscles, open up joints, and create a core of strong abdominal muscles and mid-back muscles. This class combines the core concepts of traditional Pilates mat work with physioball training to help develop an all new you! Challenging for all fitness levels!

Aqua Aerobics
Splish splash your way into a more fit you! Aqua aerobics is a great way to add some variety into your daily fitness routine. This hour long class will utilize a variety of aquatic equipment to provide cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. So grab your suit and towel and head out for a refreshing workout with friends!

Yoga
This holistic combination of physical and mental exercises will help you become or stay fit, while increasing strength, flexibility, and reducing your stress level. Breathing techniques are incorporated to exercise the lungs and bring wellness to your mind and body!
