General Information
Group exercise classes are available to all Zest for Life participants. Classes are available on a drop-in basis. Participants may attend more than one class format and may choose any combination of days and times to participate. Prior to participating, all participants must have a health questionnaire and participation agreement on file. Click here for the PAR-Q

Wellness Wednesday Workshops
FIGHT-o-chemi-COOLS!
Are you curious to learn more about why we really need to
eat our fruits and vegetables? Phytochemicals are non-nutritive
plant chemicals that have protective or disease fighting
properities. Explore why we want to continue fighting the good
battle to better health!

February Beginner Yoga Workshops
De-stress and exercise at the same time! A holistic approach to
exercise, connecting the mind and body through the breath and poses
of yoga. Designed to teach the importance of yoga, breathing
techniques to relax the mind and body, and modifications to help
ease into difficult poses. Using a vinyasa (flow) style, linking
several poses together to create strength, flexibility, endurance,
balance, and overall wellness.

Aqua Aerobics
Splish splash your way into a more fit you! Aqua aerobics is a great way to add some variety into your daily fitness routine. This hour long class will utilize a variety of aquatic equipment to provide cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. So grab your suit and towel and head out for a refreshing workout with friends!
30/30
A great total body workout giving you 30 minutes of tonight with 30 minutes of aerobics. This workout utilizes a variety of fitness equipment.
AM Express
Engage your body in multiple exercises that focus on upper & lower body weight training, high & low intensity cardio and abdominal/core strength moves.
Deep Water Workout
Think you can't sweat in 80 degree water? Bring it on!!! This challenging yet fun aqua workout will take you to a new fitness level. Engage yourself in the ultimate water workout!
Kickboxing Get fit with a 1, 2, punch! A power packed cardio workout that will help you jump, jab, and kick your way into a new level of fitness!
Pilates
A full-body workout that conditions from the inside out to produce a toned, lean physique with proper alignment and balance. Strengthen and stretch muscles, open up joints, and create a core of strong abdominal muscles and mid-back muscles. This class combines the core concepts of traditional Pilates mat work with physioball training to help develop an all new you! Challenging for all fitness levels!
PiYoTM
PiYo is an up tempo, non-spiritual approach to mind/body exercise. This unique format
combines Yoga, Pilates, strength conditioning, flexibility, and dynamic balance.
TurbokickTM
You’ll kick, punch, and groove to the music while burning away calories in this actionpacked,
fun filled, hottest kickboxing class ever!
Yoga
This holistic combination of physical and mental exercises will help you become or stay fit, while increasing strength, flexibility, and reducing your stress level. Breathing techniques are incorporated to exercise the lungs and bring wellness to your mind and body!
